SBI! Coaching is all about helping you be more productive... (hence money) whether it's coaching through the Action Guide, quickly learning the SBI! modules, or having specific tasks done for your SBI! site (or soon to be SBI! site).

Your dedicated "Show Me" coach, using e-mail, telephone and webinar technology, will provide whatever help you need to get back on track as quickly as possible and improve your productivity.
"DIFM" saves you more time by freeing you up to do what you want to do and saving you from having to learn how to do things you don't! Your "DIFM" coach will discuss your specific needs with you, then complete your project as quickly as possible. Once complete, your DIFM coach will turn everything over to you and explain how to maintain it (if needed).
If you choose the Look and Feel Template Design Service, your questionnaire goes directly to the specialized design team to start work on your project. You will receive a design to review/approve, edits are made, and the final approved design is then uploaded to your SBI! site.

Get the Most Value From Your Coaching Dollar
Whether you are talking with your Coach, e-mailing, or using an instant messenger service, keep in mind, your Coach works based on time. Wasted time costs you money. Keep your questions focused and stay on topic. The initial introduction e-mail from your coach, and e-mails to schedule sessions are free, but additional contacts are chargeable time. Take a few minutes to plan what you want/need from your Coach and you can get the most value from your Coaching dollar!
Coaching HQ (the link is near the bottom of Site Central) tracks the time you have used to date. Use this as a guide regarding whether you need to purchase additional time to complete your goals.
The SBI! Coaching "Show Me" Process
Since everyone learns at a different rate, and each SBIer's needs are unique, we can't give you set estimates on how much time a specific task will take. However, you can use your purchased time in small increments, or all at once, and purchase more hours when you need them.
The SBI! Coaching "Show Me" process follows this sequence of events...
- Purchase coaching hours via the Order Form.
- Receive the Confirmation E-mail.
- Complete the SBI! Coaching Questionnaire.
- Receive an e-mail assigning a coach to you.
- Receive an e-mail from your coach to schedule your first session.
- Respond to the coach's e-mail.
- Participate in your first coaching session.
- At the end of each coaching session, you and your coach will review the time spent and schedule your next session, if needed.
- You may be asked by e-mail for feedback periodically.
- Provide feedback on coaching session (optional but highly recommended to help us improve our services).
The "DIFM" Process and Time Estimates
Please note, times provided are minimum estimates only. Depending on the specific work you need completed, your project may take more or less time than noted here. Your DIFM Coach will keep you updated if more time is needed to complete your project.
Note: DAYs 2 and 3 are the foundation of your site. While we can "do it for you," we strongly recommend you use "Show Me" Coaching for these DAYs instead as it will help you when you continue building your site and content on your own.
Here are a few examples of SBI! Coaching DIFM Time Estimates:
- DAY 2 - Basic Research of 3 Potential Site Concepts
- Research 3 potential Site Concepts and provide recommendations via e-mail, 3 hours
- DAY 3 - Using Brainstorm It!, the MKL and Finding Your Niche
- Brainstorm and research of chosen Site Concept (does not include Site Blueprint), 3 hours
- Site Blueprint, minimum 150 keyphrases, 3 hours
- DAY 4 - Outline Your Monetization Mix
- Research and recommend a monetization mix for your niche with suggestions for implementation, 2 hours
- DAY 5 - Refining Your VPP (Valuable PREselling Proposition) and Registering Your Domain Name
- VPP - recommendations on VPP and ways to position the site, 1 hour
- Research and recommend domain names, 1 hour
- Prelude to DAY 6 - Content Pages, Your VPP, and PREselling
- VPP review of home page, 1/2 hour
- In-depth site review with detailed post-review e-mail:
- 4 Pages up to 1,000 words per page, 2 hours
- 8 pages up to 1,000 words per page, 4 hour
- Will poorly written copy, misspelled words and errors in grammar keep your site from topping the charts? Mistakes such as these do not inspire confidence with your site visitors and undermine your credibility and expertise. Error-free Web pages go a long way in building trust in your content and a solid reputation for your site. Your SBI! Coach will edit your pages to correct sentence structure, spelling, grammar, paragraph breaks and other copy mistakes so that your site visitors won't be distracted by errors. Edit of 1,500 word copy (can be across multiple pages). (Major rewrites, additional research and other non-editing services not included above but available on a DIFM basis.) 1 hour
- Don't have time? Permanent writer's block? Just hate to write? Great content for your SBI! site needn't be a chore. Just hire an SBI! Coach to create original content for your site. Your Coach can take your notes, keywords, and/or research and craft these raw materials into information-rich pages -- well written and engaging. 500 word article, written using Owner's notes, keywords, research: 1 hour
- Need research and don't know where to start? You can also hire a Coach to research, write, edit and deliver to you ready-to-upload content that is authoritative, comprehensive, accurate and compelling. Complete package: research, (Owner to supply keywords), write, edit and deliver one 500 word article -- 1 hour plus research minutes (research done in 15 minute units)
- Punched up Conversion Copy: Need better conversions? Sales pitch a little stale? Consider hiring an SBI! Coach to rewrite and breathe life into your copy. A more effective sales page can mean thousands of dollars to your bottom line. Move visitors to action with finely tuned copy that inspires and motivates. Your SBI! Coach will review your site, evaluate your current sales copy, edit and augment your existing sales copy with a fresh approach. 1000 word sales copy, review, evaluate, edit, and rewrite, 5 hours
- DAY 6 - SiteBuilder Page-building Modules
- Edit template top image (header) to add an image and/or custom text, including uploading, 1/2 hour
- Set up Webmail and SVBI!, e-mail accounts, wormhole accounts, 1 hour
- Set up MX It! using client Gmail account, including set up of Google Apps and up to 5 e-mail addresses, 1 hour
- DAY 6 Advanced - Advanced Sitebuilding: Upload Your Own HTML, Integrating, Infin It!

- Customization of 3-column SBI! iDesign template, including editing of CSS file, set up of SBI! Includes for common items (items that appear on all pages),1-2 hours
- Fully custom HTML template and design elements per client specifications, 5 hours
- Create a customized 10-15 item NavBar for Uploaders using SBI! Includes, 1 hour
- Convert third party template to meet SBI! Integration Guidelines, 1 hour
- Troubleshoot, edit, or create HTML, CSS or Javascript, 1/2 hour (depends on complexity)
- Edit (resize, crop, optimize to improve loading time) 10-15 images/photos, 1 hour
- Create custom e-book cover (2 sizes), or similar graphic, with 2 edits, 1-2 hours
- Convert blockbuilder pages to upload HTML template (template provided by client), depending on page detail 4 pages per hour
- Set up Infin It! with existing BlueHost account and 1 Fantastico/Simple Scripts module available at BlueHost, (Fantastico/Simple Scripts modules include forums, blogs, shopping carts, FAQs, image galleries, wikis, and more.) 1 hour
- Set Look and Feel from SBI! site into 1 module at BlueHost, 2 hours (Note: The module may not look exactly like your SBI! site; it will, however, coordinate with your site's overall look and feel so that it's immediately recognizable as part of your site)
- Set up Shopping Cart, 1 hour minimum depending on Shopping Cart, ask for quote.
- DAY 7 - Building Traffic and the Traffic Center: Search Engines, Directories, Value Exchange, Inbound Links
- Set up Value Exchange, 1/2 hour
- Create customized, compelling e-mail to request one-way inbound link, 1 hour
- Submit Sitemap to the 4 major Search Engines including account verification, 1/2 hour

- DAY 8 - Build Relationships: E-zine, Form Build It!, RSS/Blog It!, Content 2.0
- Format one newsletter, send it out and save template (you provide content for e-zine), 1/2 hour
- Create 6-element FBI! form with dedicated page, 1/2 hour
- Set up RSS/Blog It!, 1/2 hour
- Set up Content 2.0 custom template for C2 pages, 1/2 hour
- Add e-zine form or FBI! form to home page, 1/2 hour
- Add e-zine signup page with complimentary bonus download(s), including edited thank you and post confirmation pages, 1 hour
- DAY 9 - Know Your Visitors: TrafficCenter, Tracker Library, Stats
- Analysis of Stats with specific recommendations to improve traffic; should be done simultaneously with a Site Review above. Additional 1/2 hour.
- DAY 10 - Monetizing and Monetize It!
- Set up Monetize It! including importing data, 1 hour
- Analysis of MI! data with recommendations to improve income, 1 hour
- Create product-specific dedicated sales page from base templates, requires 1 week turnaround. Does not include images. Base copy for sales pages to be provided by you. 3 hours
- Set up payment processing (with existing PayPal or Clickbank account) for a specific product and integrate into sales page, 1 hour
- Add additional items, 15 minutes each
The above items are not all-inclusive, however they should give you an idea of some of what we offer, and approximately how long it would take to complete your project.
The SBI! Coaching DIFM Process is:
- Order DIFM Services.
- Receive e-mail to complete DIFM Questionnaire.
- Complete DIFM Questionnaire.
- DIFM Coach is assigned to your project according to his/her expertise.
- Your coach contacts you to finalize Project Outline (work to be done and time frame for project).
- You and your coach agree to start work.
- Your coach works on the project until completion.
- Your coach notifies you that your project is ready for your review.
- Review the project with your coach.
- Your coach makes revisions if needed and in line with Project Outline.
- Your coach notifies you that your project is complete.
- Your coach trains you on maintenance/usage, if included in the Project Outline.
- A random feedback request may be sent to you (not all projects will receive this but unsolicited feedback is always welcomed).
- Provide feedback on the project (optional but highly recommended to help us improve our services).
The Look and Feel Template Design Pricing and Process
- Custom Template for Look and Feel Selector, including installation, base price $195.00. You can request up to 5 revisions to the design. Additional revisions will require the purchase of additional DIFM hours.
The template consists of 3 images, the top image (header/logo), the left image that sits behind the navigation buttons, and the back image (usually white or other lighter color). Replacement navigation buttons in the Look and Feel Selector cannot be uploaded, so your design will complement the Navigation button options available in the Look and Feel Selector. You can view some design samples our very creative and talented design team has come up with here.
Custom designs are available for those who upload their own HTML and want a different look than the SBI! default 2-column layout. See DIFM DAY 6 Advanced above for more information.
The Design Process
- Order Design Services.
- You receive an e-mail with a link to the Design Questionnaire.
- Complete the Design Questionnaire.
- Questionnaire is reviewed and you are asked to send images (if needed).
- You send the images, if needed.
- The project is assigned to a Designer.
- The Designer creates the proposed design.
- The Designer asks you to review the design and provide feedback.
- You review the design, provide feedback.
- The Designer makes edits to the design, if needed.
- You do a final review and give approval.
- The Designer uploads the files to your SBI! account.
- The Designer sends a copy of the files to you.
- A feedback request may be sent to you (not all projects will receive this but unsolicited feedback is always welcomed).
- Feedback received from you (optional but highly recommended to help us improve our services).
- The design project is closed.
The SBI! Web Site Reputation Builder Package Pricing and Process
- Directory submissions, article rewriting and submissions, and other link-building steps for your SBI! site, $299.00.
Traffic is important, but it doesn't come just because you built a Web site. With the SBI! Web Site Reputation Builder Package (SBI! WSRB), you can jump-start your traffic-generating efforts by securing quality, one-way, inbound links to your site. Search Engines, as part of their ranking criteria, look for unique content and also visitor reaction to it.
Combine your solid foundation of niche-based content with some quality inbound links, which enhance your site's credibility. The Search Engines will show their approval by ranking your site higher!
Your site should have 25 quality content pages online before you purchase this package. Your site also needs to pass the WSRB Readiness Check. Our SBI! WSRB team will work on building quality one-way inbound links to your site using relevant free directories, including niche/hub directories, article distribution, social media, and research/Q&A sites (such as Yahoo! Answers) over a 5 to 7 week period*.
Your site will be submitted to free directories (5-6), theme-related directories (or hub sites) (5-6), Social bookmarking sites (4-5), Q&A requests (2-3), Blog comments (2-3) and each of your articles will be submitted to seven article directories as well (21).
The above numbers are generally what you can expect to see. Of course, all of this depends upon your site's niche and the availability of sites from which to link to your site, whether or not there are any available questions on Q&A sites to answer, and so on. We don't manufacture the questions or do anything spammy. We provide real information to help others and link to your site as a resource.
The SBI! WSRB package should be considered a part of your ongoing link-building program and not the only link-building process you undertake for your site. Check out the SBI! WSRB process below:
- You review the WSRB client information PDF and see if your site passes the WSRB Readiness Check.
- You order the SBI! WSRB package.
- A coach is assigned to check out your site and prepare the required data sheet.
- Your coach e-mails you regarding specifics needed for the data sheet.
- If you like, your coach will select 3 articles from your site and rewrite them for article distribution or create 3 unique articles based on your niche. We recommend you provide your own articles however as only you can offer the expertise and unique voice to connect with your visitors.
- Your coach completes the data sheet and sends to you for review and approval.
- Once the data sheet is approved and/or edited by you, then your coach sends it in to the SBI! WSRB team. The 5-7 week period of the actual research and link submission process starts at this time.
- The SBI! WSRB team starts work on your inbound links project by researching the best directories, sites, questions, blogs, etc. for your niche.
- Mid-way (approximately 3-4 weeks after you ordered), you will receive the Interim Report. This report contains strategies and suggested sites you may want to consider for your ongoing link building campaign. It also contains step-by-step instructions on submitting to paid directories.** This report is a valuable resource you can use in your own link-building efforts, even if you decide not to submit to paid directories.
- At the end of the process, your coach will send you a PDF of the Final Customer Report prepared by the SBI! WSRB team. This comprehensive report outlines all of the inbound link-building efforts undertaken on your behalf as well as recommendations and strategies to use in your own link building program.
*The number of inbound links you will receive is not something we can accurately estimate or guarantee. Each niche is unique and this reality is also reflected in the number and quality of relevant link sources. We also cannot control which links will be indexed by the Search Engines or when they will be indexed. In most cases, it will take more than 8 weeks before any of these quality one-way inbound links will register for your site.
** The SBI! WSRB team cannot submit to paid directories for you as the submission process requires personal and confidential information from you (such as your credit card details). The team does, however, supply step-by-step instructions for submitting your site to the "best-fit" categories within 5 different paid directories.
